I don’t make websites.
I make your website more valuable.
SEO includes a large umbrella of services, including:
On-Page SEO and CRO
Search engine optimization starts with your website and building content about your products or services that match what your customers are typing into Google. But, just getting traffic to your website doesn’t inherently have value for your business.
That’s why I focus on helpful keywords, and include conversion rate optimization (CRO) as a backbone principle of every page of a website.
On-page SEO includes any or all of the following:
- Keyword optimization
- Content Strategy
- Blog writing (see My Portfolio)
- A/B testing
- AEO/GEO updates
Off-Page SEO
Along with the elements of a website that are actually part of the website, SEO also involves doing work that affects other websites on the internet.
Off-page SEO involves:
- Backlinks
- Google My Business (local search optimization)
- YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other media platforms
- Brand Reputation Marketing
Technical SEO
One of the big factors in search engine rankings is how well the website can deliver a good experience for the customers/visitors and for the search engine crawlers.
Technical SEO includes:
- Page speed performance
- Crawling & indexing issues
- Security & mobile friendliness
- Structured data
Reporting
Along with the optimizations that bring more traffic to your website and more leads/sales/revenue for your business, another aspect of SEO services is often SEO reporting. I don’t consider reporting necessary because the time spent on reporting is time not spent on improvements for your business website, but it is helpful to see progress and connect the costs to a return on that investment.
Aspects of SEO reporting include:
- Traffic reports
- Keyword rank tracking
- AI visibility
How Jim’s SEO Services Work
When you contact me, let me know what you are looking for and I will do two things:
- I will conduct a 1-hour SEO analysis of your website, and
- I will schedule a 1-hour meeting to go over your goals and what I see as opportunities to make SEO improvements that help your business.
I’m not looking to lock businesses up in a monthly subscription — I’d rather fix your SEO issues, watch the improvements succeed, and go fix the next website. If you want to add on more scope, I’m happy to work on those projects too.
As such, I tend to charge an hourly rate. I’m happy to work out a discount for recurring work, when necessary.
